Tech Note: All 1979-1985 Toyota 8" used 1-1/2" pinion head from factory. All 1986-1995 Toyota 8" 4 cyl & V6 used 1-5/8" pinion head from factory. Aftermarket gears that are referred to as V6 are 1-5/8" pinion head, aftermarket gears referred to as 4 cyl gears are 1-1/2" pinion head.

The kits assembled by Nitro Gear & Axle only uses the highest quality bearings available from Timken & Koyo. Nitro Gear & Axle does not use any cheap Chinese bearings.
